THE LANDSCAPE
This four acre lot offers complete privacy as adjacent houses are not visible during the spring and summer months. There is a gravel path from the house leading to a large floating dock and a sitting area covered with a solid cedar gazebo. There is a conversation set in the gazebo. The gazebo also has power receptacles. The dock can be used for jumping in the water, getting into kayaks, sitting under the umbrella in comfortable Adirondack chairs, having a picnic or enjoying the stars at night. Fish off the dock in the summer or ice fish in the winter. A Pedal Boat, a Stand Up Paddle Board and 4 kayaks (one is a tandem) are provided.
The entirety of the landscape can be viewed from the large deck that has a variety of seating areas and a barbecue. Situated in front of the lower porch is a fire pit area with ample seating where you can enjoy a fire during the evenings. There are numerous hiking, biking, ATV, snowmobile and cross-country skiing trails nearby.
THE GOURMET KITCHEN AND APPLIANCES
The kitchen contains two ovens, a microwave oven which can be used as a 3rd convection oven, Wolf stove top which includes four burners, stainless steel fridge with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, dual temperature zone wine fridge, island with separate sink and a plethora of kitchen appliances for you to make the perfect meal: Blender, food processor, crock pot, drip coffee maker, single serve Keurig coffee machine, kettle, sandwich grill etc. A separate prep room/pantry is located behind the kitchen.
THE EXTRAS
Seasonal - There are currently four kayaks (one of them is a tandem), a Paddle Board, one Pedal Boat (5 person capacity) available for use. Adult life jackets and emergency kits are provided.
Unlimited WiFi is provided free of charge.
The house currently contains 3 TVs, one in the master bedroom, one in the loft and one in the lower level recreation area.
The house also contains a variety of board games, cards and a craft box that can be used.
A cell phone booster has also been installed to ensure you can make and receive calls during your stay. 2 cell phones can be connected to the house phone. The house phone is available to make free calls anywhere in North America.
The house also has central air conditioning.
A washer and dryer is contained within the large mud room. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
There are fire extinguishers located strategically around the house.
Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided for your convenience.
A plethora of small kitchen appliances are available.
Wood is not provided for the fire pit.
I do NOT provide kindling or any other fire starter. Also, please bring your own lighter.
Linens are provided. Pillow cases are provided
Towels are provided. Dock Towels are NOT provided.
The house has a Sonos central music system with speakers in the Master en-suite, Loft, Dining Room and 2 of the lower level bedrooms. You can play music through the iPad provided for your convenience.
THE WINTER
The house is fully winterized and has a central forced air heating system. It has climate control throughout. The road to the house and the driveway is plowed in the winter. There is a small hill at the house for tobogganing and there are tobogganing hills on the trails nearby. Bring tobogganing accessories and ski equipment (cross-country and downhill). Elliot lake has a ski hill. . The area is also famous for its hundreds of kilometers of snowmobile and cross-country skiing trails. You can go ice fishing off the shore from the house or fish in numerous lakes nearby.

The maximum occupancy of the house is 8 adults. Infants up to 2 years old are not included in this count. This house is not intended for party use. Please respect the tranquility of the environment.
This house can be rented only as a full house and not as individual rooms.
